We do not require account registration. If you contact us via our contact form or email, we collect only the information you voluntarily submit (your name, email address, and message content). We use this solely to respond to your enquiry.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our site, our web server and the two analytics tools described in section 5 automatically collect standard technical data: browser type and version, operating system, device and screen size, approximate location (country or city), referring URL, pages visited, and the time and date of the visit. Our web server also records your IP address in its access logs. We use this data to understand how visitors use the site and to improve our content. We do not use it to identify you.
3. Cookies
We use a minimal set of cookies. These fall into two categories:
Strictly necessary cookies: Required for the site to function. These cannot be disabled. They include session cookies set by WordPress and our web server.
Analytics cookies: Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity use cookies to tell one visit from the next and to measure how pages are used. If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, these cookies are not set (see section 5). The full list is in our Cookies Policy. We never sell analytics data.
We do not use advertising cookies, we do not serve ads, and we do not use advertising or social media tracking pixels.

5. Third-Party Services
Our site may use the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:
- Web hosting: Our hosting provider processes access logs in the ordinary course of operating the server.
- Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC): counts page views, traffic sources and the use of site features such as the dose calculator, embed buttons, FAQ answers and source links. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. See the Google Privacy Policy. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation): records how visitors scroll, click and move through our pages, which we see as heatmaps and session replays. Text you type and other sensitive content are masked before the data leaves your browser. Microsoft collects this data using first-party and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies, and uses it as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland: Google Analytics runs in consent mode with its cookies switched off and sends only basic, cookieless measurements. Clarity runs without cookies and treats each page view separately.
We do not embed social media widgets or advertising networks. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity are the only third-party scripts on this site.
6. Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained only as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry, typically no longer than 12 months. Google Analytics keeps event data for 14 months. Clarity keeps session replays for 30 days and heatmap data for 13 months. Server access logs are retained in accordance with our hosting provider’s standard policies.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights including:
- Access: The right to request a copy of personal data we hold about you
- Correction: The right to request correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion: The right to request deletion of your personal data
- Objection: The right to object to certain processing activities
